KATHRYN JANKOWSKI (she/they) I’m a Los Angeles-based producer, director, and editor who builds beautiful things on the internet. Think of me as a creative chameleon with a spreadsheet addiction: I spend half my time dreaming up wild, scroll-stopping video concepts, and the other half color-coding the production logistics to make them actually happen.  By day, I’m a Growth Content Producer & Editor at IPSY, where I direct and edit high-volume video assets. I love translating cold, hard data into fresh visual hooks—a strategy that recently helped drive the biggest subscriber surge in the company's last three years. Before diving into the beauty and lifestyle space, I spent years in the trenches of digital entertainment at ZATV. There, I directed and produced over 200 YouTube videos, managed high-profile talent, and racked up over 90 million views.  When I’m not running full-scale studio productions or collaborating with brands like Quince, JINRO, and Moonbrew, you can usually find me operating a camera, directing lighting layouts, or drumming.  I believe that a video should be visually stunning, strategically bulletproof, and—above all—fun to watch.
